A Day in the Park
So New York is finally perfect! The sun is shining and it is not too hot, not too cold... love it!
Mom was busy teaching aqua aerobic classes so afterwards she took me on a longer walk to the park. This is a two parter as I am going to show you one picture and then tomorrow the 'rest of the story'. If you live in New York, you may be able to guess where I am. If you want to guess just go to the contact me page and I'll get back to you.
Clue: There is a dog run nearby, as well as a big and little slide. I got to the top but decided to hop down the stairs rather than slide. I didn't want to take a chance on burning my butt. Surprisingly, there weren't many people out on the streets, most seemed to be in their cars.
It used to be crowded here in the city, but now crowded has hit a new level - and you don't want to be in a car for the weekend rush (which starts around noon)
I'm resting up now, as I'm going to an art gallery later. I love to look and smell beautiful things. In fact, I strive to look/smell/touch something new everyday. It is so much more fun than sitting in my room.
Ok and finally I am going to fess up that I have begun barking more lately. And it would seem that I have even taken to growling at a few new faces. So I just wanted to publicly apolgize for my outburst the other day. It wasn't you, it was me, in a slightly off moment. As much as I want to be positive, every now and then you just feel like a grouch. ok - glad that is off my chest. Onwards to the day!
