Debbi is an author, speaker and fitness professional who is dedicated to helping others discover, strengthen and illuminate their inner vibrancy. It starts from the inside — physicality combined with meditation and mindfulness allows individuals to encompass full well-being — to BE and create in a state of calm and power.
A former elite gymnast and stage performer, Debbi is no stranger to the pressures of perfectionism and the anxiety it can generate. Being in constant motion, and pushing through, seemed natural, but didn’t feel good. She came to realize that training the mind is a practice just like training the body, and it takes discipline and consistency.
Whether transforming neural pathways or performing pushups… when you start feeling the sense of peace, clarity and creativity again, your choices become inspired. Life has a flow. The doing grows out of Who you are being. And that person is you.
An author and fitness professional, Debbi is a graduate of Brown University and the first gymnast to be inducted into the Brown Sports Hall of Fame. She holds accreditations from the Meditation Teacher Academy under Sarah McLean (MMI) the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
I offer tailored classes and workshops on meditation, awareness, and fitness for individuals, groups, and organizations. My sessions range from high-energy movement and pranayama to restorative seated meditation. They include the education as well as the experience so misconceptions can be clarified and the benefits can be obtained.
Drawing on my professional background in gymnastics, dance, and performance, I help participants unlock the confidence and presence they already possess. Attendees walk away with practical tools they can immediately apply to their professional and personal lives.
Learning how to find peace in a chaotic world and create from your own personal energy, helps create a more fulfilling and joyful life. Glow on and take that first mindful step.
Recent Highlight: I recently led an interactive event for the Finnish & American Women’s Network (FAWN), where participants gained deeper body awareness and simple, effective exercises to use at home.

Debbi established her career in New York City with early performances at the Paper Mill Playhouse and the John Harms Center before transitioning to the Broadway stage.
Throughout her career, she has blended athleticism with artistry, performing with the renowned gymnastic-dance company AntiGravity (notably at the Obama Inauguration) and representing King Features as the official Betty Boop. Her extensive television credits include serving as a stunt double and stand-in for Kelly Ripa (Hope & Faith), assisting Sherri Shepherd (Sherri!), and working alongside Amy Sedaris on At Home with Amy Sedaris.

Glow on and have a Beautiful Day!
